I’ve been doing photography for 16 years now, and full time as a business for 10. I love to get to know people, listen to their passions, make them feel heard and then turn around and create beautiful art to relay their story to the rest of the world. Sometimes it is hard to put what we love into words, but through photography we can express the unspoken and give voice to the things that make our heart want to burst wide open. I've worked with hundreds of people over the last decade - from Brands to Families and everything in-between. They all have shared these things in common:
they're passionate people who are beautifully and uniquely made, ready to leave their mark on the world and value those around them.

FAQs : Branding

  • Since every session is unique I require clients to cover all of their own prop costs. If you prefer I order the items and invoice you directly so you don't have to worry about it, that can totally be arranged! You're welcome to use any props I have on hand free of charge as well. Just make sure you mention what you may need use of during our 1:1 discussion.

  • During our 1:1 discussion we will go over any and all props you may need to enhance your session. I also include an extensive list of prop ideas in the welcome guide for each type of scenario.

  • Any and every thing you may want included in your images. Its better to have it on hand than to wish you did. I always recommend picking up a couple of tote boxes and packing each box per outfit/location with any props, accessories, or additional items you may want to include.

  • I'd love to help you choose the perfect experience. Fill out the contact form and try to answer the questions as thoroughly as possible! If I need more information I'll be sure to ask, but either way we'll be able to determine what's the best fit for your brand!

  • This varies per experience. Headshot sessions include up to 2 shirts, Content sessions up to 3 outfits, Branding sessions up to 6 outfits. Do consider how long it takes you to change and take that into account when planning for the duration of your session.

  • Anywhere that works perfect for your business. Upon booking you will receive a welcome guide filled with many location recommendations to choose from. If you have something specific in mind just let me know and we'll make it work! Otherwise, if you're not sure where to go feel free to reach out and I'll help guide you to the perfect place and time of day for that location.

    *Travel fees will be applied to any sessions outside of Ada/Canyon county.

  • Yep! We can either arrange for local pickup or you can ship directly to me, I will shoot all products within 3 days and have the product returned to you. Images will be edited to your choice of a white or transparent background and finished within 2 weeks.

  • Each package varies.

    Headshot sessions include 5 images of your choice.

    Content sessions include 25 images.

    Branding sessions include 75 images.

    Product sessions are customized and priced per image needed.

  • Yes! It's one of my favorite parts. Each session includes a welcome guide that covers how to create a shot list, prop ideas, outfit planning, location options, hair & makeup recommendations, day-of tips & tricks, and even what to expect after your session. On top of that, you will get a questionnaire that helps me to fully understand what makes your brand so special so we can perfectly tell your story. We can also schedule a 1:1 call/email/zoom to go over any other questions you may have, finalize outfits, shot lists and discuss your goals for your session. I am here every step of the way to bounce ideas off of, give a second opinion and answer all questions.

  • Please reach out to me! I will happily send over my pricing guide for you to review and decide which experience is best. Brand Investments begin at $350.

FAQs : Family Sessions

  • I'd love to help you choose the perfect experience. Fill out the contact form and try to answer the questions as thoroughly as possible! If I need more information I'll be sure to ask, but either way we'll be able to determine what's the best fit for your family.

  • I strongly encourage as much communication as possible as this ensures your session runs smoothly! Upon booking you will receive a questionnaire, a planning guide and a 1:1 discussion via your choice of phone/email/zoom to go over your goals for the session. You can also text me anytime with questions you may have!

  • Each package varies. Mini sessions include 10 images, Family sessions include 30 images, Adventure sessions include 60 images. You're welcome to choose more images during your gallery preview, just know its $10/each additional image.

  • Golden hour is the most ideal/preferred time of day. This is always 1 hour before sunset. At times this may not work out due to bedtimes or the fact that in the summer here in Idaho sunset isn't until 10pm. If such is the case, reach out to me and we will determine the best time of day based on your session location. For the most part, we can make any time of day work, but its always best to avoid the middle of the day (12pm-4pm) if outdoors.

  • Once booked you will receive a welcome guide jam packed with all you need to help you choose outfits. You are also more than welcome to send me pics of your outfits to get a second opinion!

  • We both do! Upon booking you will receive a welcome guide filled with many location recommendations to choose from. If you have something specific in mind just let me know and we'll make it work! Otherwise, if you're not sure where to go feel free to reach out and I'll help guide you to the perfect place and time of day for that location.
    *Mini sessions are the only exception. These particular sessions do have a predetermined location.

  • Absolutely! I love dogs. Just be sure to bring a leash, water and trash bags for any potty breaks. It's always wise to double check that your location is dog approved as well.

  • Yes! It's one of my favorite parts. Each session includes a welcome guide that covers outfits, locations, hair & makeup recommendations, day-of tips & tricks, and even what to expect after your session. On top of that, you will get a questionnaire that helps me to fully understand what makes your family so special and unique so I can capture it at your shoot. We can also schedule a 1:1 call/email/zoom to go over any other questions you may have, finalize outfits and discuss your goals for your session. I am here every step of the way to bounce ideas off of, give a second opinion and answer all questions.

  • Depending on your package, you will have a print credit towards your online gallery. The gallery you receive at the end of your session allows you to order prints directly from it, straight from a high-quality print lab. If you prefer an album, please contact me and we will get it ordered asap.

  • Please reach out to me! I will happily send over my pricing guide for you to review and decide which experience is best. Investments begin at $450.

FAQs : General

  • Not one open to the public, no. However, there are several studios around the treasure valley that we can rent out for an additional charge. Each one is gorgeous and well equipped for any type of shoot!

  • I'm always open to travel! Shoot me a message and we'll get it on the books.

  • No, editing is half the magic and without it your images wouldn't be complete! For this reason, I only return a fully edited gallery. However, each session includes a gallery preview for you to pick your favorites + any extras you may want for $10/each additional image over the amount alloted in your package.

  • I only remove anything that's not you! Bruises, scrapes, and blemishes are always included. If you're self conscious about something, let me know so I can keep it in mind while posing you! Otherwise, each image is edited with a bright, clean finish and true to life colors for a timeless look.

  • As a rule, I wait up until 2-3 hours before your session to decide if we should continue or not since Idaho weather can be sporadic and change quickly. However, if you're super uncomfortable with it or the weather is so bad it could ruin my gear/make for a sucky shoot then we will reschedule free of charge to the next available date for both of us.

  • Once booked you will receive a welcome guide jam packed with all you need to help you choose outfits. You are also more than welcome to send me pics of your outfits to get a second opinion!

  • Deep breaths. The vibe of each session is all about having fun and being laid back! We will be moving and laughing so much I guarantee you'll forget all about the nerves. We will start with a few warm up shots and then move on to the extra fun stuff. Plus, by the time we get to your session we'll know eachother so well it will be like old friends hanging out.

  • Very rarely do I have to reschedule, but sometimes life happens and inevitably illness or something else may hit. If this is the case, I will contact you immediately and reschedule for the next available date, ofcourse at no charge. Under certain circumstances I may have another photographer step in for me to avoid rescheduling your session. Please know that any photographer I have fill in for me is 100% vetted and trusted and will treat your session with love and care if I am unable to.

  • Shoot me a message! We will determine the best experience for you and I'll send you a link to choose the time and date that works best for you.

  • All sessions require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining 50% is due 1 week prior to your session date.

  • 16 years! I started photography at 14. I launched it into a full-time business in 2013 and have been clicking away every since.

  • Every session is guaranteed a maximum turn around time of 2 weeks.

  • All sessions require a 50% non-refundable deposit at booking and 50% 1 week before the session date. If you'd like to break up the final 50% into smaller chunks just let me know and I'll be happy to work with you!

  • Every booked session requires a 50% non-refundable deposit and the remainder due 1 week prior to your session date. If you need to cancel, all money paid up to the time of cancellation will be forfeited. In the case of rescheduling, your deposit will be applied to the rescheduled session if notice is given 1 week prior to your session date. A $75 rescheduling fee will also be applied. Reschedule must be made within the same calendar year or within 3 months of the original session date. A new deposit will be required for all reschedules made within 3 days of the original session date.

  • I get it, sometimes traffic and/or life is crazy. Just know that any late arrival will have the remaining time allotted. More than 15 minutes late and your session will be marked as a no-show and cancelled, with all money paid forfeited. I always recommend trying to arrive 5-10 minutes early to your session if possible!
